Barefoot Welcomes Newest Intern, Aki Uola, To The Team

Woburn, MA- September 23, 2011– Barefoot technology, a leading provider of property management software, has hired a new intern and continues its successful relationship with New England College. The new intern is Aki Uola from Finland who is currently a senior at New England College and a member of the NEC Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey team.

“The interns we have received through New England College have been very energetic” says Ed Ulmer, VP of Barefoot. “These students bring an eager attitude to Barefoot and are quick to pick up any and all knowledge our other employees can bestow on them” Barefoot continues to utilize this youthful energy to push forward in the ever-advancing technological world. In addition, Barefoot has taken note of some foreign vacation tendencies, specifically those of Scandinavia. Aki’s presence will help us gain a strong hold in the foreign market.

Aki is a double major in Accounting and Business, and will therefore be assisting Barefoot in those two areas. In addition, he will be writing blogs, news releases and assisting in industry research and potential customer development. Aki has joined Barefoot with a distinct hunger to make a difference and to truly make the most of this opportunity.
