Barefoot Technologies welcomes Tracey Wolter as the newest member to the Barefoot team.
August 10, 2011– Henniker NH-Barefoot has added Tracey Wolter to its team as lead project manager. Tracey has most recently worked with Leisure American Vacation Rentals and Realty, one of our clients in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. This company upgraded their software system in late in 2010 from First Resort Software to Barefoot Technologies. Tracey headed the transition team at Leisure American. She also assisted them with back office support and many aspects of business operations.

Ms. Wolter’s experience began in the early 1990’s and includes nearly a decade in the vacation property management industry with ever increasing responsibility, from Front Office Management, to Housekeeping/Maintenance Management to Director of Operations for Resort Quest, one of the largest Property management companies in the US. She has shown her entrepreneurial spirit since 2002 as a consultant to the vacation rental market, in areas of rental and revenue management, financial, back office and operations management. She has held certifications as PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager), AMS (Association Management Specialist), and CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations).
